"Drury as a brand is great, but this one didn’t quite live up to superior service and cleanliness I have experienced in other locations. About 50% of the staff was exceptional with the other 50% leaving me shaking my head. Particularly I was disappointed that the dining room tables were not kept clean and for the 3 meals I ate there I had to see at the least dirty table and the floor was sticky. My son complained about the sheets being scratchy, I thought the bed was worn out and the toilet pedestal definitely was not cleaned. My son loved the pancakes and the lady making them was a very hard worker! I love being able to opt out of daily house keeping for the extra points! Walls definitely are not sound proof! My neighbor’s bass (from either a movie or music) came through the wall well past 1 am!! I did call the front desk but nothing changed. The parking lot is big and well lit. I felt very safe. "

"It’s not the greatest but the staff is always nice and we feel safe when we stay. Breakfast was very low quality. But kind of edible. "

"I booked this when I was on the road. I ended up in a handicapped room. The shower was difficult to use as you had to hold It. The door to the outside was next to the room and slammed each time it was used. Late at night and between 5-6 am . Also I seemed to be surrounded by dogs yapping in other rooms. "

"had a great stay with family! staff was very friendly and helpful. i love their amenities and their funky decorations made it a memorable experience. breakfast was very yummy (love the waffle maker!). would definitely come again if I come back into town 😁"

"Random people wandering the hotel and getting into the elevator and asking us to use our room key to get off on other floors. Ice machine not working. Breakfast staff member was short and rude when asked for a high chair and more muffins. Apparently, she was the only person working breakfast and was putting food away early and we have children to feed and she didn’t seem to care"

"Stayed here for four nights. Location was perfect with easy access to highways and nearby shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and tidy. Internet was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not free but paid a small fee when we wanted it. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it!"
