« When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. She asked if we could come back in half an hour. I had kids in the car that needed to use a bathroom (no lobby bathroom). So we had to walk to the gas station next door. The parking lot was rough and...
