"What a great property! Fully stocked with linens, towels, paper towels and toilet paper! The house/duplex is beautifully decorated and is just a few minute walk to the beach. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons in the laundry area to use. My one suggestion would be that guests be able to use the retractable awning over the patio area. The description does say "not covered" but the awning is shown in the pictures and so is a bit deceptive. However, it would not keep me from...

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are very clean but are lacking several things since the rooms were remodeled . Kimie the manager was amazing and really was trying to make our stay the best possible . Apparently fellow travelers in past visits have stolen several items from each room. Therefore the next person finds that the amenities are no longer there for them . That being said Kimie was wonderful at supplying what ever was lacking and what we needed. I sure hope the owner appreciates all she has to do to keep guests happy. Yes we eould stay again the rooms are spacious and very clean . A great location for beach, bars and restaurants. Thank you Kimie for going the extra mile to make our stay so wonderful."

"Great Location, but the Property Needs Some TLC The biggest highlight of this motel was its excellent location, situated between the bay and the ocean, with easy walking access to the surrounding area. The property manager was attentive to our needs and made an effort to be helpful during our stay. However, the property itself is in need of some significant maintenance and upkeep. While the motel is dog-friendly, pet waste was not consistently picked up, and barking dogs were often heard as guests came and went. Some of the room fixtures also needed attention, including missing toilet paper holders or ones that had been taped to the wall. Broken windows covered with cardboard were another concern. The overall upkeep of the grounds could also be improved, including keeping the areas around the living quarters clean and free of accumulated garbage. With its prime location and an attentive property manager, this motel has potential. However, more consistent cleaning, better maintenance, and attention to the details would make a big difference in the guest"
