"Very neat and clean room with adequate space. The staffs were very cooperative. I didn’t find any problem while locating the hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel is still under Renovation and the rest was very nice. Would highly recommend for people who are looking for hotel and service under affordable budget nearby airport."

"Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. Did seem to have on demand hot water, unlike some places in the area. Sure it’s cheap, but there are other better places nearby for similar price."

"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. "Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water. "This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. "

"I cancelled the booking after talking to the hotel manager and Expedia sales team and booked the same hotel at different location in same city but hotel did not initiated the refund. I am still waiting to hear back from hotel and Expedia for my refund.Thank you"
