« Absolutely perfect stay, there is truly nothing about this property that could make it better. It feels like a home away from home. It’s well stoked and incredibly comfortable while also being a beautiful property. It’s super close to downtown which is great for the stay. The hot tub was a great amenity as well! « Great place to stay! We loved the house and the privacy. We brought our dogs, and they had a blast running and playing in the yard. We cooked all meals at the house. Pots and pans, cookie sheets, some spices, and cooking oil and spray in case you need it. The beds are comfy, there are extra blankets and towels, and a bunch of games are also provided. We would definitely stay again. »

« I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! »

« Bear Neccessities was amazing and perfect for our needs. Property was easily accessible, despite rainy (followed by snowy) conditions. The kids loved being able to hang out in the great room with the fireplace going, and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet. We had an interesting run-in with a couple of Carolina Wrens upon check-in, but that was more amusing than anything. Would highly recommend this property to friends or family.main room and occasionally play nintendo by the fireplace, and my wife...

« Great location! Super close to Trout Lake for fishing, and wineries. The description didn't do this house justice. Pet-friendly, very responsive host, fully stocked kitchen, house was clean, bed was very comfortable and the sun porch was my favorite! - we wanted for nothing on our weekend stay.
