"Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several issues during my stay. At 4:45am my room was call and the attendant at the desk said that he had a complaint on my room and that he was going to call the police. I explained to him that it was my room and we just got off the road from 23 hour trip. I was especially concerned because I expected a more comfortable and professional experience."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
