We randomly stay places on road trips and this by far has been the worst not only with this hotel but honestly this website hasn’t done much to help the situation. "I arrived at 10:50 with reservations I paid for and had to wait for over 20 min. There was a sign with a number to call, but it rang the unmanned counter. After calling multiple times, hoping it would also ring elsewhere, I was in the process of trying to reach Hotel.com to see what they wanted to do when the dude came back. Once I got to the room, it was cleanish but very poorly maintained. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but that was frustrating."
