Staff was nice, with an easy check in and out. Unfortunately the toilet in our room leaked alot and almost never stopped running. The pool area smelled so bad of chlorine, it caused several in our group to have burning and/or runny noses. Then the breakfast really wasn't a breakfast. Literally either a waffle or cereal. But their saving grace was really nice staff.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of preparation and responsibility from this hotel. During a snow event, the property was not prepared with snow plow service, which resulted in our commercial truck getting stuck on their premises. Because of this, our crew was forced to stay an additional night—not by choice, but because we physically could not leave. What makes this even more frustrating is that neighboring businesses in the same area were fully operational, as they had snow removal services completed early that morning. This clearly shows the issue was not the weather, but poor planning on the hotel’s part. This situation has now caused additional costs and logistical issues, including delaying our truck’s return and impacting our ability to get back to work on time this coming week. For a business that hosts travelers, this level of unpreparedness is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend management take basic winter preparedness seriously. This experience cost us time, money, and unnecessary stress.

We paid for a king room with a fireplace, received 2 queen beds with no fireplace, There were dirty towels in the room and the fire alarm ripped out of the ceiling. Not happy with our stay. If you don’t have the room, that’s okay, but then give us the rate that goes with the room. We paid extra for a king with a fireplace.
