« The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasn’t up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didn’t fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didn’t really pay attention to these issues »

« I arrived at 3am in the morning from a very long flight + it was very first time in India. I booked the hotel for the date I arrived but stupidly I failed to realise the check in wouldn’t be until 3pm. The receptionist told me all the rooms were fully booked for the night. He told me not to worry and I can stay in the reception lobby until the morning, a soon as a guest left in the morning they got the room ready for me🙏 I thought this was a very nice gesture of the hotel »

« I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. Furthermore the hotel...

« depuis l’aéroport le taxi ne connaissait pas l'adresse, sans doute du à l’existence d'un autre hôtel: le BENTLEY'S qui se trouve dans le quartier touristique de BOMBAY. c'est pour cette raison que je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel que je n'avais pas réellement choisi un 'S a changé beaucoup de chose, donc ATTENTION!! »

« Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait plus de chambre. Malgré la réservation. Ensuite, à force d’insister, nous avons obtenu 2 chambres, dont une sans salle de bain. Merci à l’équipe. Malgré tout ce n’était pas ce qui était prévu dans la réservation. Donc notre avis reste très mitigé. »
