The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers. We had arrived in Mumbai after a long train journey and despite not having a restaurant, the hotel was able to order an excellent lunch from a local restaurant which came within 20 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was exactly what we as a family needed before going off to do a tour of Dharavi. The staff, headed by the wonderfully courteous and thoughtful manager, Hemond, were always polite and efficient.
