"The place was a 10 out of 10, the beach is basically in the back yard. There was work being to the grounds, like. New grass was being installed, things were under construction. But it was easy access to the pool and the beach. Everything is near by so great location."

"We enjoyed our stay in Destin, but this property could use some very needed updating. The walls scuffed up and needing painting. The shower curtains were not clean and moldy on the bottom. The one chair in the family room was broken in the middle and needs replaced. The one full size bed had a very large dip in the middle of the mattress and needs replaced as well. Both bathrooms were also VERY outdated and need some TLC. Beach was amazing and the water was beautiful. Room just needs some work...

"Parking was horrible. Elevators had a terrible odor. Rooms, especially room next to hallway smelled like a wet, musty basement. As I pulled to open closet door, it fell onto my arm (husband was able to put it back on the tracks,) leaving a bruise. Air conditioner was very loud. I would not use the pots and pans (went shopping and bought some.) Dishwasher didn’t appear to come on when started on our way out."
