« La femme de la réception était très peu serviable, elle n’a pas voulu nous donner de recommandation sur des restaurants pour prendre le déjeuner dans le coin de l’hôtel. D’autre par, notre chambre donne à la rue, et il y avait beaucoup de bruit , surtout les autos de polices avec des sirènes étaient fréquentes. Un hôtel pas écologique du tout, je fessais exprès d’accrocher la serviette pour pas la faire laver, mais la femme de ménage mettait toujours de nouvelles. Point fort : les bagel et...

« Rien à dire sur la propreté de l’établissement, les chambres etc… les chambres sont petite , mais à New York difficile de trouver plus grand. Le personnel est réactif sympa et hyper hyper agréable ! Petit déjeuner hyper sympa ! Waffle , jus , œuf etc… je vous conseil vraiment cette hôtel ! »

« The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow...
