"I loved the property. The staff could’ve been more efficient, it took 45 mins just to check him, and when I arrived to my room the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk to straighten things out. The front desk clerk was apologetic and took care of the problem, but it was a bit of a delay. If this establishment had bottled water and snacks available it would have made my stay awesome instead of just great. "

"The parking lit had weeds, cigarette butts and broken plants and mud where there should have been mulch. Mud/dirt was tracked all around the 1st floor/lobby/ice machine area from the time we arrived until we left. The lady in charge of the breakfast was super nice and worked very hard. Our room was freezing. It was set at 63 when we arrived & we changed it to 73. Wore a flannel gown to bed!!"
