We had a good stay. The room was too dark and our comforter had cigarette burns and it was a nonsmoking room. We loved the spa tub and front desk was super nice. We stay here often.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, comfortable bed and it was roomy. Location was quiet and we felt safe, with the camera and lights in the parking area. The air conditioner was cold but did'nt cool the entire room. Our first night was warm until we bought a fan to circulate the cold air... Overall its a nice place to stay!

I am very happy to write this review -thanks. So, if it would not have been for what appeared to be a corporate (city wide) sell out Tuesday 9/29 I would never have used Expedia. So very happy that I did...the BWI was very clean from the lobby to the room! A big thank you to Miss Nancy that was working the front desk when I arrived. She is absolutely wonderful & accommodating. FYI, I for Hilton @ 13years & I must say: I would use Expedia again if I couldn't book a Hilton & I would definitely book the BWI Nacogdoches if it were not available. I would also like to add: the breakfast area was very clean; the coffee was fresh & hot & the waffle was terrific. Thank you again for a wonderful, clean and safe feeling stay.

Our stay was not great. We normally stay at the Motel 6 next door for $80 a night. We paid the extra $50 a night to ‘upgrade’ to the Best Western. The towels were tiny, scratchy, and rough. The low flow shower heads dribbled water making showers miserable. We were not expecting a lavish breakfast but it consisted of 3 dry cereals, white bread for toast, what looked like powdered scrambled eggs, and mystery meat sausage patties. The only positive: The Texas waffles smelled good and there were fresh apples and bananas. We will stick with the Motel 6. It is cheaper, clean, decent towels and showers, and I can provide my own apples and bananas.
