« This trip was our second outing in Orlando. We had a gathering of 20 individuals, was to be 25, and was more than satisfied. « Our family really enjoyed our time here and we felt that the house was very well cleaned. The community is a bit tight but it is very secure and well kept, the trash was picked up from the house every morning which was very nice. We did notice a few things that weren't completely functional such as the drying machine, some arcade games, a few other things. However, the minor things did not majorly inconvenience us and we really appreciated how nicely cleaned and arranged the home and pool area...

« House is very roomy, and accommodated 16 of us comfortably. The house was clean but we did find a few small roaches crawling on the kitchen floor The temperature was very comfortable too. Beds were ok, and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool Area was clean and comfortable. The evening before we were scheduled to leave they got it working. 45 minutes later it was broke again. The owner wasn’t concerned at all they texted me that they gave over 200 other properties an I needed to be patient. I had 6 kids with me and they couldn’t even watch tv. « We had no hot water until the morning we left. Made reoeated calls to maintenance but the issue wasn't resolved. Had to drive 20 mins to a Planet Fitness in order to bathe. »

« The property was clean and very convenient and accommodating. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub instead of a spa tub(outside temp water with jets only). We had to go buy our own washcloths.I would recommend this property to others. »
