"Walking distance to downtown as well as a park close by where my son played with new friends he met that were staying in the neighboring condos. We went to wolf creek skingg, and snow mobiling and had a BLAST. walmart is on"

"This house is gorgeous, the views unmatched and it has everything you need. We were so happy here until we were charged extra because the place was too messy upon our departure. By mess they mean, used towels on floor and some tissues in bathroom. Make sure the place looks like you were never ever there or you will get your security deposit kept. "

"We left the property 15 minutes after entering. The carpets were stained, it was very hot and not clear at all in the property description that there is no AC. Plus the house itself was much smaller than the wide-angle photos showed. The outside of the house is very pretty and its location, just super overpriced for small rooms and outdoor deck, hot without even functioning house fan and stained carpets. Lots of great options in Pagosa Springs, I suggest looking at other places before paying a...

"The cleanliness of the room was amazing especially coming off a 7 day camping trip. We always get a hotel the night before leaving out and the last 2 years we have booked with Alpine...WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM!!! There are a couple places to eat within a reasonable walking distance but none of the "in town" traffic and noise. "

There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans and our pet!!"
