« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« It’s hard to decide what stood out the most for our stay…. To begin with the woman working the front desk at check-in was amazing, kind, friendly, answered all my questions, incredibly welcoming. I made a joke about the frequent review of not having a coffee maker in the rooms and the gentleman working laughed and gave me a tour of their amazing Bunn coffee station that is open 24 hours. « This was the best night stay I've had on a last minute road trip. It was very quite, the bed was comfy and I got my deposit back in about 3 days! I wasn't expecting it because these places usually don't honor it but I did receive my deposit! That and how quite it was deserves a 5 star in my opinion! »

« This hotel is a favorite of me and my kids staycations. I enjoy the affordability and the kids enjoy the pool the most. They could have given us a cleaner room last stay. Our room smelled musty and there was an oily handprint on the wall above a headboard which was gross. The worker offered to move us but we had already settled in and didnt want to move everything. Breakfast is basic but good! Will continue to stay here. »
