The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very attentive and made sure to call and check up on us if we needed anything. My family and I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right on the boardwalk. Everything was close by. The food at the restaurant (Brother’s) in the lobby was also tasty. We didn’t use the hotel pool because my kids wanted to stay on the beach but it looked clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back.

I didn’t like the noise of people (including cleaning ladies) screaming in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. It probably didn’t help that our room was on the ground floor.
There must be a club close by because around 1am we were awakened by loud music until 3am. We didn’t sleep well because of that.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was extremely quiet, and the room was exceptionally well soundproofed. In fact, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room with such good sound insulation.
The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. The only things we think could be improved are the pillows, which were a bit too thin, and the housekeeping service. We didn’t receive any room service during our stay, although we probably could have if we had requested it.

The night desk people were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable enough. Being in a pet friendly room however meant a lot of dogs barking in the rooms and we had a view of the parking lot. It was only meant as a place to sleep on our way to NC though, so it met or exceeded our expectations of a pet friendly hotel. Especially since their pet fee was the most reasonable I could find. Happy Jacks across the road had a great breakfast! It was lovely to take a short walk...
