The end unit luxury townhouse is less than a 2 minutes walk from the beach and the boardwalk in a prime Downtown location. Enjoy beautiful sunrises Ocean View from two private balconies and drink coffee from Starbucks Coffee across street. Within walking distance are great restaurants/bars, mini-golf, shopping, amusements, and nightlife. The Space This townhouse has an open floor plan and two private balconies that are overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City and is the perfect place for you to entertain family and friends. After waking up in the morning, you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle with family or friends and drive around the boardwalk or sit out on our two balconies to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and drink a coffee from the local Starbucks just across the street with your family and friends to create beautiful memories. We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $75 per stay. However, please note that per Ocean City's pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30\. They are permitted between October 1 and April 30\. It’s one block from the beach and boardwalk. Private garage parking was awesome. The house itself was welcoming, big, super clean and modern. The owner responds right away to any questions you have and is super nice. We will definitely be booking here every summer for our OCMD trip! ##### Marissa s. However, you have to provide your own linens at this house, that’s fine with us however the listing said twin bunk beds, when we arrived the house had a full bunk bed set which obviously the sheets we had didn’t fit. We made it work but incredibly frustrating. As well the floors seemed to have dirt on them, the counters were sticky and there were linens on the front steps not picked up from the previous tenants. ##### Megan M. It was very spacious and beautifully staged. It was nearby many close restaurants and the beach. However, the check in process was a bit delayed and we ended up having to wait a little longer past the check in time due to staff still cleaning the premises.
