Lovely view. In oceanfront room. Bit too nosey for me as an empty nester. Do not get me wrong it’s a pleasure watching families enjoying time together, but 5 days above the pool was a bit too much.

There was mold in the bathrooms, dead bugs on the light fixtures. Much needed property maintenance. Water backed up in shower. Rooms needs renovations to include mattresses. Parking garage is tight and limited. Overall too pricey for the accommodations.

The room was not clean properly when we received it, and the balcony door the lock was loose and the tub didn’t drain right. This was my third time staying in this hotel and I never had this experience until now.

I really liked the hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfy. The bar, Barracudas, had great bartenders, drinks and food. The only negative I experienced was the maid staff was on our floor when we left at 9am and they still hadn’t gotten to our room by 5pm. Then they also forgot to empty our garbage can. Everything else was great.

Nice clean facility-in a very good location to the beach, boardwalk and shopping/activities for our family. We didn't really need to drive anywhere to get to what we wanted-the ticket stand for the boardwalk trolley was very close by if you don't like to walk the entire boardwalk, and there were eating options and shops near the hotel if you didn't want to go on the boardwalk. I would stay here again for sure!

STAY AWAY! We stayed on the 3rd floor thankfully just 2 nights or I would have complained and left. On arrival the room was not cleaned properly. There was trash on the floor around the bed. The sofa bed had a unopened pack of Tylenol under the cushion -again dangerous and sign that the room was not cleaned correctly. The room is also in need of serious repair. The lock to the door to the balcony was broke and therefore unable to lock it. Having children this can is dangerous. The toilet paper holder was broke and could not keep the roll on. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The interaction with the staff was not warm and welcoming either. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but was wanting a clean and safe room for my family which this was not.

Thought I was on the property on the boardwalk and not the one on the other street didn’t even know they had 2 properties The room I booked said beach front/board walk when I arrived I was put into the back property The property did not look the same as the website Very disappointed No staying there ever again

It was fine. Nice that there was a restaurant on property and it was a block from the beach. There were two pools which was nice because the one was never crowded. Room often smelled weird upon entrance but was clean otherwise.
