"Stayed for a week, solo travel, some excellent staff at reception, some not so good, that could have been because i don’t speak Bulgarian, room is adequate for single travellers, warm and WiFi good, only negative was room or bins weren’t cleaned or emptied for the whole week. "The girl serving as the receptionist was really nice, unfortunately it was not possible to have a queen size bed and we had to sleep on 2 adjoining ones. The area is reachable by car and there is only the hotel restaurant available to dine in the vicinity. There was no shower gel which was disappointing. "
