"The room facilities were quite outdated, but still acceptable. However, we also encountered bedbugs, which was extremely concerning. On a cold morning, the hotel served cold slices of bread and yogurt that was more than two months past its best-before date. We reported the issue but never received any response. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel."

Days Inn by Wyndham Hornell NY

Days Inn by Wyndham Hornell NY

10/10 Excellent
"As an architectural engineer, my eyes are always roaming, looking to critique the building I am in. The Days Inn at Hornell had nothing to critique. It was well maintained inside and out. Recently renovated? Very effective and quiet room heater, Comfortable bed, Quiet room. Personable and efficient staff. Ok, the breakfast may be somewhat limited, but we hit the road with a decent bite to eat and good coffee and tea."

"Advertised free breakfast but none available not even coffee!! Was told I could go to gas station down the road for coffee. Stated breakfast room was being remodeled but looks like absolutely nothing was being remodeled. Rooms themselves were decent and clean, local people seemed to hang out near front doors a lot to visit with staff"
