"Great location in the city centre and everything is within walking distance. Easily accessible parking solution in Hotel de Ville parking. Room was in very nice condition. Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming."
"Great rooms, location was exceptional and the staff were wonderful. The only downside is the noise from the street below, kept us up until 2-3am and the rooms were extremely hot."

"Cute hotel. Great location. Glad we could refill our water bottles in the hotel. Staff was lovely. Need more usb outlets. Wish the coffee in room was better and cream was offered. "

"2 min. walk to catch tram into town. free airport shuttle was convenient. Nice rooms. comfortable bed. Breakfast looked nice, but was expensive, so we did not buy. We were also given free ticket to use on public transportation in Geneva. This was very convenient. "

"Modern, clean hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room well equipped and clean. The restaurant was nicely busy and we enjoyed our dinner there. The outside terraces and pool area are very attractive, with lake views and a lovely old Lebanon Cedar tree in the middle.
We paid 20 euros for overnight parking at the hotel which seemed fair enough as Annecy is such a busy town. The only downside was the main road that runs right next to the hotel and separates it from the lakeside, this does impact the outside terrace but we couldn’t hear road noise in our room at the side of the hotel.
