« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Upon check in, not the employees' fault however the key to the room did not work and we had a ton of luggage to drop off in room so that we could return the rental car. We went to check in 4 times finally a maintenance man fixed the key issue. I slipped in the bathroom the next morning. was not aware that when my husband showered the entire floor would flood. I hit my head and elbow. just warn your guests to stay out of the bathroom if you are not the disabled person, sever slip and fall risk...

« Hôtel bien rénové mais bruyant si vous donnez sur la route. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme bien longtemps à l'avance j'ai eu une chambre au dessus de l'accueil et face aux ascenseurs, c'est à dire tout sauf calme. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Manque vite de produits et se termine à 9h00. Quartier assez sécuritaire malgré tout. »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »
