"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine. Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds.
