"Luxury hotel, with great amenities and close to the outlet mall, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. The best part though was service. The place is large with many staff, but feels like a family place, where staff are ready to help and all seem happy to be there, some of them working there for decades!"

"Had a great time at this lovely hotel. The upgrade to a suite was welcome. The room was gorgeous with high end linens and amazing little thoughtful touches. The property is in the heart of NOTL with free shuttle services to some of the local wineries. The staff was responsive and went the extra mile when I needed something. 2 fantastic restaurants on site that are worth trying. I had a wonderful stay here!"

"My mother and I stayed for two nights over May Long Weekend. They are very strict about their 3pm check-in time so an early check-in is not an option. The rooms are clean and the bathroom seemed recently upgraded. We were on the first floor so were concerned about noise but it was so quiet. Breakfast was just enough and the woman who works in the morning to oversee breakfast was great. Coffee was delicious. They have hot quiches and a waffle maker. Regular fare like fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and toast. This hotel has great value and we would stay again. "
