“Great stay”
Pillows could have been more comfortable but overall this was a great experience.
“Pretty Good”
Great service, room. The only negative is that you are about a 15 minute drive from town where everything is happening.
“Can't recommend highly enough!”
Although we only had one night to stay here, it was above expectation! The staff was very friendly and professional, the location very convenient to both the QEW and Niagara-on -the-Lake. Reviews sai they serve fresh cookies on the lobby and that they do and they are wonderful. Best of all there is a Timmy's (Tim Horton ) just across the street! Best value we found.
“Great for Shaw”
The hotel offers all you might want for a stay near (15 minutes) Niagara-0n-the-Lake. It's comfortable, with lots of free parking, and a great breakfast (not included). We will certainly stay there again when attending the Shaw Festival or planning to take a Niagara Wine Tour..
“Price is Right!”
Although I thought the hotel would be close to the Shaw Festival Theater (it was a 20 minute drive), it ended up being a great location to go to some of the wineries & convenient for getting onto the QEW for our drive home. And, best of all, the cost was about $100 less per night than staying in the downtown area. The front desk recommended & made dinner reservations for us at the Queen's Landing - a grand dining experience! Had a great weekend.
“Great location”
This hotel is perfect location for visiting The Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Easy access from highway and conveniently located between the two areas. Nicely priced. Concierge extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region. Hotel overnight rooms comfortable and well maintained. I would not recommend if you're looking specifically for hotel with swimming pool.
“Plan on going back next year”
Our stay was very relaxing & the personnel were extremely helpful. If they didn't have an answer to a question, they got back to us in a short amount of time with the answer. Very friendly people that made us feel like the most important visitors there. Would recommend this hotel to everyone heading to Niagara on the Lake. It is also centrally located and within minutes of all the attractions including the falls,Fort George, the Niagara river, Lake Superior, quaint downtown Niagara on the Lake and all of the beautiful vinyards. The scenery is out of this world & the view from our room was serene. We even took a ride in a horse carraige making our trip that much more memorable. We also noticed while driving around & playing tourist that we could not get lost. Even when we took a wrong turn, we always ended up where we were originally headed. The restaurants were charming & the food delicious. The architecture was like taking a walk into the past in many areas & the flowers were breathtaking everywhere we went, starting with walking out the door of the hotel. We have never seen such care given to the beauty of nature anywhere else.
“A lot better than you'd think!!”
It may not be the heart of Niagara on the Lake or the Niagara falls Strip but it's only a couple of minutes away from both. This hotel is in an excellent location because it between these two major points of interest and near enough to the highway. Inside it is very cozy and comforting. The bedrooms are fresh and clean and the beds are truly fluffy. there's nothing like collapsing on a fluffy bed after hours on a highway! They have a small restaurant that is in keeping with the stylish hotel, and there's an inviting pool. The staff are very helpful and the ladies at the desk are especially nice! If I'm ever in the Niagara region, that's where I'll stay! A+
“Great hotel in Niagara on the lake”
We were very pleased with this hotel! They allowed us an early check in, gave us great advice about area restaurants and wineries and were helpful throughout our stay. The staff has a very friendly and positive attitude which made us feel very welcome. This hotel has a very convenient location halfway between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake.
“Nice hotel.”
Staff helpful. LOVED the coffee, tea at the desk. Always available, and delicious coffee. Sometimes there were cookies or other treats too. Can't say enough good things about the available coffee. Fitness centre was good. Pool is much smaller than it looks on the web. However, we still used it every morning, and enjoyed it. And the pool towels were great. It is about 20 minutes from the old town of Niagara on the Lake. So a bit of a commute, but we did enjoy the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.
