"We stayed for one night after coming back into town from a wedding. The gentleman from the lower lobby, Willie “Mr. Wonderful” was beyond pleasant and kind to us and truly made the experience 5/5 stars. We would come back and stay again solely because of how wonderful he was. "

"One thing I didn’t like is that there are no microwaves in the room. I’m sure this is to drive sales for room service and the on-site restaurant, but with so many restaurants nearby, it’s hard not to bring back leftovers. "

There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "
