"This was a nice hotel but not as nice as the other Langham hotels. My biggest gripe is that there were no mini-bars in the rooms. You have to pay for everything to be delivered to the room including snacks. The room itself had water but no snacks or fruit or anything. Also, the room had a shower with a very slippery floor. There was no bathtub. "

"The valet was great, very helpful. The bartender, Joel, was awesome. He was very engaging and very helpful. However, it was very disappointing that the only place to eat in the hotel on Sunday night was in Rumba. It is a small area and a very limited menu. My wife is temporarily handicapped and when she tried to go to the bathroom outside of Rumba, she found it closed for renovation. She was forced to go up to the second floor to use a bathroom. "Walking distance to concert venue (Wang) and dining (Legal Seafood). Property was clean and the concierge was very pleasant. Appreciated the connection via text with the front desk. Check-out was 12:00 rather than the usual 11:00 which gives the option for sleeping in a little longer if desired. The only issue per se was that the tub/shower control knob stuck and then felt like it was going to fall off because it was loose. Shower dripped. "
