"Gtreat place to stay in San Francisco Union Square."

"We went for a 4 night stay and enjoyed our time with two little ones. Walkable to most things, quiet area, clean and no issues with the room. Only minor issue I had was that they did not offer any complimentary water or snacks and charge $4 for a basic/no name bottle at the front desk. We ran low with our baby bottles and I thought that was a bit unreasonable to charge that price but it was not a huge deal. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel and would return. "

"The customer service was excellent. I asked if they know where I can get hot water and they gave me kettle. Also the place is very clean and near every shopping center. The parking is bit expensive, about $50 a night but understandable since we stayed in the city. "
