« The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure »

« Nice location and amazing view. Not to take away from the great place…but….530 am gardeners started mowing and chopping trees 2 of the 3 mornings. I know in a golf course amazing as this landscaping is important but was rough. Also, some blackout curtains would be nice to try to get back to sleep in morning :). Thank you for having us and hope to be back soon! »

« Location proche de la ligne de métro T, directe sur « Union square » pour le shopping et sur la « Powell station » en correspondance avec les autres lignes et surtout les différents Pier (le 39 pour l’ambiance, le 33 pour Al alcatraz et le Fishermans wharf. Emplacement convenable. La baie de SF est magnifique. »

« Couldn't have been a better stay. The view is exceptional and peaceful. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. I will 100% stay here again the next time I am in the area. »

« Very well located, this apartment, ideal for 2 adults without mobility constraints, has a welcoming atmosphere. Barely 2-3 minutes walk from the Muni network, we stayed there and explored the city and its surroundings without a car, except for airport trips (Uber). The hosts are discreet but available for information and other accomodations. »

« The cottage was cozy, lovely and private. It had everything we needed for a one-week stay. Barb was a great owner - very open with communication, and helpful getting us situated in Carmel. We hope to stay here again someday when we return to Northern California. »
