Great location!
I enjoyed the stay in this cute apartment. It was a great location to be with my USF student for a few days. The amenities matched the description very well and Howard was a gracious host.

A comfortable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the apartment was as described in the advert, with a variety of teas and coffee in the kitchen along with some chocolate! The location was a perfect peaceful haven after the bustle of sight seeing, with easy access to bus routes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our host, who we met on arrival, was most welcoming, suggesting places to visit as well as providing a locally drawn map with recommendations for eating out. We would be very happy to stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect Downtown Access
Stayed her a full week, comfortable spot for two grandparents and college age granddaughter! Howard is a welcoming host, providing for our needs and very accessible. Granddaughter did daily runs in Golden Gate Park and brought back amazing pastries. We tried and senjoyed several restaurant recommenations, both eating out and bringing in food. Saw all the key sites during the week, including a day in Napa Valley.

Nice garden apartment in great location
Spacious apartment near public transportation and fabulous restaurants. A short walk to a public pool and the Koret pool at USF, the best pool I've ever experienced (though a little expensive for a single day use).

Nice place to stay while visiting SF for a conference
Nice place, quiet, clean and just out of the way of downtown but close enough to bus stops sow we could take the bus to the Moscone. No need to drive!! We really enjoyed staying here! Thank you Howard:)

Alot for a little
This ground floor unit provided the ideal means to eat, sleep and act as a base of operations in a very peaceful part of SF. The location provided local access to UCSF gym, Golden Gate Park, Farmers Market and lots of restaurants. Be aware that the kitchen is tiny with half-height refrigerator and a bar sink. Also, the bathroom floor is very cold and does not have a light. All told, this place served out purposes well. Thanks Howard!

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely retreat in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and there were plenty of outlets to plug in all of our tech stuff. Would happily stay at Howard's place again on our next visit to San Francisco.

Proximity to USF
Stayed with husband & teen to visit USF. Great location to campus and walks in Golden Gate Park. Walking distance to Haight & Ashbury neighborhood and many restaurants in the area. Easy Uber or bus access to all other sights. Small fridge and kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Owner lives upstairs and responds to messages quickly. We will stay again.
