Small studio like space with a small bedroom that has bunk beds. You enter through the garage door. This is setup so guests can come in & out as they please. The space is small & cozy with all the amenities you need to cook or order in and watch TV. On smart TV you will find Disney+, YouTube and Xfinity (for local TV watching) Easy access to/from the freeway. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution. My fiance and I were traveling on a budget with our two dogs. We saw a show at Fox Theater in Oakland and this property was conveniently located for that. The back yard area is fenced in and very safe for dogs. The price per night is fantastic considering how expensive SF is. There's all the kitchen basics you need for the weekend, and it's clean and comfortable. The property owner has clearly put effort and thought into making this a wonderful place to stay. She was quick to respond via email during our stay and very hospitable. Highly recommend!One thing: the key pad to get in through the garage is sensitive and a bit tricky.
