I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. "This is not a 5 star property so don’t expect a hot breakfast, pool, or spa but…. The property is well kept, quiet, the rooms are very clean, and Denise (the manager) will go out of her way to accommodate you, including loaning you a skillet, egg turner, coffee mug, and paper plates so that you can fix breakfast in your room."

I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. "Everrything was so clean, it was quiet. We walked easily to downtown historic Ballard. It was so easy to get Uber when we wanted to go further out from Ballard. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!!"

"Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "
