Newly built secondary suite with a private back entrance to the house with various amenities in its surrounding. 10 mins drive to the Cinemas, hospital and South centre mall.
5 mins drive to Asan supermarket. 4 mins to the large commercial area which has Superstore, Sobeys, Home depot, Canadian tyre.

This is secondary suite is built in modern spec. This suite has 2 spacious bedrooms and walkin closet .
This space is in a new community( Belmont community in southwest) It is well-lit and fully furnished with full stainless steel appliance, washer&dryer.


A 55inch wide flat screen TV with a free Netflix , hulu tv app and a free and fast Internet WIFI.

There is enough space for parking cars. This is definitely a place you would call home.
