Stillwater, a European-inspired spa, is located in the hotel, and offers a variety of treatments, including massage therapy, facials, manicures and pedicures, and body treatments. Unique amenities include a tranquil serenity room, soothing Vichy showers, a therapy suite for two, private spa tubs and steam rooms, and healthy spa cuisine. “Great place”
Great place but be aware the on site under ground parking is expensive!!!! Above ground parking across the street!
“Excellent Service”
Concierge answered all my questions and even made change for the C-train. Very quiet stay and breakfast was served promptly. Prices very reasonable.
“Comfortable Beds”
We stayed at the Hyatt during the Calgary Stampede. The service was excellent, even during busiest week of the year. We enjoyed an excellent night's sleep in the most comfortable beds, experienced a wonderful lunch at Thompson's patio on Stephen Avenue and had a great work out in the pool and exercise facility. We were able to walk to the Stampede grounds, restaurants and the mall from the hotel. Very convenient!

Great folk, food and service - you can't go wrong. I'll defintiely stay again.
“Great Location”
Excellent location... right on Stephens Ave and everything within walking distance including Stampede, Olympic Plaza with quite a bit of scheduled entertainment in the summer. Hotel was clean, friendly. Extra daily charge for parking was not mentioned before making reservations with Expedia.
“Great rooms and service”
Very friendly staff, gladly obliged to move us into a room on a higher floor with a great view. We were there on Canada day, and the room was situated just right to get the best view of the fireworks display.

“Annual Trip”
My friends and I were totally satisfied with our experience at the Hyatt.The service was quick and very friendly and the location is perfect for just walking the streets looking for great places to eat and shop. We are definitely going to come back!
“Very Nice Hotel”
The hotel was very nice and centrally located. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Calgary. It is withing footsteps of shopping centers, restaurants and the subway system. Very helpful staff and nice rooms.
“Couple from Trinidad -age 60”
We found hotel to have ideal location for shopping/restaurants in downtown Calgary.The room[king bed /non smoking] was large , quiet and very comfortable, and represented excellent value in a city which we found to be overpriced generally.We did not use the restaurant or other ancilliary services but the staff at check in were efficient and pleasant.
