"The location of this hotel for an event at Buckingham Palace was great. 10 mins walk. The Tube is just across the road which makes it ideal fkr travelling to other parts of London. Check in - the receptionist tried to charge my credit card £50 despite having already paid for the hotel in full in advance. "I appreciated the location and quality of the room for the price. A/C was a bonus and shower room was fitted out to a good standard. I was on business so was disappointed that I couldn't even borrow and iron/ironing board - seems like a no-brainer to open this hotel up to a market of people who like having freshly iron attire (not limited to business travellers!). For this reason, I am unlikely to stay again."

"Horrible hotel. No top sheet just duvet. Whole room apx. 150 square feet. Had to sit on bed to do anything. Has 2 doors to get in room which is incredibly difficult to do. Bathroom shower is apx 24 in. by 24 in. Can't turn around because of placement of shower wand. Rain head is stupid because you can't turn it on without getting hit with cold water. No hooks to hang things just 3 hangers in a closet between the two entry doors. No washcloths. Amazed they didn't have any. Amazed they didn't know...
