"We love Fairmont hotels and stay in the gold lounge whenever possible. This hotel is in dire need of updating. The lobby has tacky decor and needs to be remodeled. Our room was large, but smelled of stale cigarettes. The carpet was ripped, the curtains were falling off the tracks (and were so smelly and yellow) and the bathtub had a disgusting ring of very visible black mold.
