"Nice boutique hotel. Room does not have fridge or microwave, but these are provided upon request. The only issue reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Property Condition and Facilities was the the ice machine on 5th floor was broken and they had some type of water leak in several rooms on floors 2-7, so there was work being done and there were dehumidifiers in the halls and rooms that they were being repaired. "

"The Onyx Downtown is a convenient location for attending something at the TD Garden or touring the North End. It is a walkable area and close to T stations. Our room was small, but clean and had no issues. "
