"Another great Four Seasons hotel"
The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay. It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

"Nice hotel in heart of North Side Boston"
Even though it was pouring rain for our stay, the staff couldn't have been more warm or welcoming. Our room was very clean, overlooking the harbor and fitted with all a traveler needs (including umbrellas!!). Great experience.

"great hotel"
We only booked a city side deluxe room, as we weren’t expecting to be in it much and ended up in Room 651, which was a great spacious room. It was situated on a corner towards the back of the hotel so it was quiet and had a partial view of the harbour. There was a sliding frosted glass divider between the bedroom and the bathroom which I can understand why some people think this isn’t very private but it didn’t bother us. It was nice to open it up while in the bath so we could watch TV! The room was spotlessly clean; the bathroom was lovely and had a huge bath, separate shower and loads of toiletries. The best tip I can give is to join the Intercontinental Hotel Group rewards scheme, which is free and only takes a few moments to sign up to. We gave our membership number at check in and this entitled us to free Wi-Fi (instead of £14 a day each) and also gave up automatic late check out at 2pm, well worth it. The pool and gym were great, loads of towels, water stations, iced lemon water and various complimentary toiletries in the changing rooms. The hotel is walking distance to all the tourist sites, is smart and spotless clean and a fantastic place to stay in Boston. All the staff we met were so lovely and polite and we feel really fortunate to have booked here.

"Fantastic hotel, exceptional service."
Once you stay at a Mandarin Oriental, you'll find it hard to go back. Rooms and bathrooms are excellent. Housekeeping service twice a day. In the evening they prepare the bed for sleeping, put down a bath mat on the carpet and slippers. Set the room lights down; empty the trash cans; fill the stainless steel ice bucket; refold the leading edge of the toilet paper into a convenient triangle (really!); replace the towels, glasses, turn on the TV, etc. Lots of electronic controls. Two phones are touch screens with access to dining, housekeeping, front desk. Do not disturb is a light you turn on by the door. Room lights are all something like a Lutron system, accessible from both sides of the bed and the entry. The bathroom lights are also accessible from the bed, but can be set separately dimmed down for a night light. Glass shower, massive tub capable of two average-sized people. Plenty of business supplies, paper, pen, scissors, highlighter, ethernet cable. Room service and food are exceptional. The guy even rotated the TV to face where he setup breakfast. Also a very secure hotel. You cannot even get to floors above the lobby without using your room key card. The hotel restaurant was also first-rate. One of my favorites is Prudential Center self-parking is very near. I find valet parking to be a chore if you plan to use a car a lot. From the 2nd level, exit to the indoor mall, walk toward Lord+Taylor, take the elevator to the garage.

While you may be tempted to race from one Boston hot spot to another, like cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park and dumping tea off replica transports in Boston Harbor, remember to take some time to sit back and relax.

If rest and rejuvenation are high up on your Boston itinerary, you’re in luck. Beantown has a number of activities that don’t involve screaming, running, or leaping out of airplanes. Get used to the quiet majesty of the sea when you visit the New England Aquarium, which features some 20,000 creatures from a variety of oceanic environments. Give your ears a treat of their own when you attend the Boston Symphony Orchestra, which plays in Tanglewood Music Center for the summer and Symphony Hall for the rest of the year. If you’re in the mood to do a little shopping, head to Newbury Street, located in Back Bay. There you’ll find eight blocks of boutiques and restaurants for you to lose yourself in.

No relaxing vacation is complete without a visit (or several) to a Boston spa. If your spa is located inside your hotel, you have the added benefit of a brief commute to and from your treatments. Head down to the spa, or request that the services be performed in your room. Enjoy a body wrap designed to draw the impurities out of your body, or allow a practitioner to do some reflexology on tired hands and feet. Still not feeling entirely rejuvenated? Partake in a hot-stone massage and then a trip to the steam room. Massage therapists often suggest quiet rest and relaxation after a treatment, which means a spa within your hotel is the best of both worlds.

Whether you’re staying for one night or several weeks, Expedia.ca will help you select the best hotel in Bostonfor your purposes. Book a trip with us today and get ready for a massage tomorrow – you’ve earned it.
