"The toilet paper roll was so far back and out of reach? lol contortionist?? Also, the toilet was so close to the shower doors you had to turn the water on full for warm and get blasted with cold while you wait."

"It was really great and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The only thing I found strange was my television was unplugged as was my bedside lamp. It wasn’t super way to access the outlets to reply them in and those were two pretty major items that should be easy to turn on."

"The hotel is in great condition and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Alicia bartends in the evening and she was wonderful! She makes an effort to get to know you and offers great recommendations of places to see and places to eat. Overall this hotel is in a great location, a walk away from union square shopping. "
