"My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time restocking."

"Lovely downtown hotel, had a corner room with wonderful views and nice sitting room. Bedroom was just perfect with fridge. Staff welcoming. Was an issue with Breakfast on the first day due to shortage of staff and waited over an hour for our breakfast which was the wrong order in the end. Went down early next day and everything perfect, looked like they were missing some staff. Great stay for downtown. "

"We flew in and droppped baggage at noon. Were told we would get a call when room was ready and that didn’t happen. Otherwise, bed was comfy and very roomy and central location was convenient."

"Pleasant hotel in a somewhat bustling part of town. Near the Bloor/Yonge subway stop and transportation to the downtown area is relatively quick (between 20-25 minutes). Staff are very nice, professional and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Free continental breakfast in the morning Would absolutely recommend staying here. "
