“Best Hotel I Ever Stayed In”

It's honestly the BEST hotel I've ever stayed in. It was really high quality. The furnishing & decorations were nice. The interior designer did an AWESOME job. Everything was great.

“EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS”

During my stay my two children and I became extremely ill with the stomach flu and the staff were extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations during this time. I also found the overalll experience wonderful with great food, wonderful staff whom were not only helpful but very friendly, also for anyone who like to swim the pool was wonderful and me and my children had alot of fun there.....

“Decent accomodations for the price but look for food outside the hotel.”

This hotel is within driving distance to some decent restaurants, so having a rental car to head out for meals was essential. Hotel accommodations were clean and the room was comfortable....

“Not Impressed”

This hotel had very unsatisfactory front desk personnel and management. The furniture in the room was minimal with the only sofa being a love seat with very low arms and back with a bunch of cushions thrown on it and very uncomfortable to try and sit on. There was no table or chairs. This is not a hotel that I will ever use again.

“Not Impressed with the Staff Hospitality”

The Hotel must do heavy effort with the staff esp. the front desk as Customer care and service training . They have to learn more about hospitality.
