“The Best Hotel anywhere!”

I was very surprised when my husband and I got to this hotel. Every area in the hotel is tastefully designed and decorated. Beautiful! It's clean, the rooms have kitchens with granite countertops and very nice cabinetry. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms are beautiful too. It's well worth the money. there's also a heated swimming pool and a workout room. Breakfast and supper are included in the price. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

“Very Impressed”

I was very impressed with this hotel and would recommend it. We have a 10 month old and it was nice to have two rooms. The crib they provided was great and she was more than happy. The hotel feels really clean (and I am very picky), I was able to let my daughter crawl around without feeling like she would get dirty. The free breakfast was really good and had a lot more to choose from than the normal "free breakfast".

“Can't wait to go back”

Front desk service was good. Room is clean and well planned as a studio for stay. Air cond is a little noisy though. Other than that, things are good and recommendable to others.

“My worst stay in Homewood by Hilton in Markham”

I choose Homewood by Hilton in Markham because I had 3 times good experiences with Homewood by Hilton in Mount Tremblant, QC. However, this time I noticed I am not getting same quality of service that it was expected. I was in Homewood in Markham for two nights and they had very poor level of service for breakfast (buffet) every morning. Food was not enough for every body and you have to wait 15 -20 mins to have next serve ready. The maine reason that I noticed was only one person serves the kitchen or I just saw only one person who was taking care of hot water, coffee, dishes, juices, froths, fried eggs, toast, and even the garbage. Obviously, he could not make it better due short staff. On the 2nd day of our stay at this hotel, it was a saturday morning. My family and I went to the buffet for breakfast at 09:20 a.m. and we found out there is no more food left for us expect some toast, cream cheese and tea and there will be no more serve after asking from the only staff in the kitchen. So, we had tea, some toast with cream cheese and of course orange juice. Some other people who came after us at 09:45 a.m. they had nothing to eat. I went to the front desk to speak with a manager to see why at 09:20 there is no more food to serve which as the schedule for buffet says 7-10 a.m. No manager around and the receptionist just gave me the manager business card to send him an email latter. I did not bother to do. I will not go to Homewood by Hilton in Markham for ever. My worst stay

“Great Kid Friendly hotel.. amazing!”

extremely nice hotel. This hotel caters to families with small children. Room layout was fabulous. I stayed in the one bedroom suite with my 3 small children, we were able to put kids to bed and still enjoy the night. They offer a great complimentary breakfast, offering waffles and many other great things. I would love to stay at this hotel again and again. They even gave us popcorn in the room and they refilled it once we used it.

Getting around
This hotel is located off the 407 which is a toll road, so you will end up with bills because you need to use this highway wherever you want to go.

“Gary”

This is a great hotel. Clean and new. Their free breakfast was awesome. I will definitely return to stay at that hotel again. Even it is located in a little weir location - have some warehouse nearby, it gave us nice quiet evenings. I walked my dog around there too, not a bad neighborhood at all. There's a dog park nearby too. So, this is a definitely pet friendly hotel.

“Will go back definately”

It's a very warm hotel including everything I want, just like a home. We stayed 10 days there and very enjoyed all of service, facility and lovely breakfast and welcome dinner through Monday to Thursday. A very nice hotel and I would be back again definately.
