“Good Place”
Good service, We stay for 7 days, with my two kids, we used to take the close exit to our room, to bad that some people were smoking every day near the exit. Manager should post a sign to let people know that "no smoking near the exits". (at least 6m distance)
“Just Average”
Spent 2 nights at this hotel and wished that I would have spent the extra $20.00 to stay at the adjoining Sheraton. The BW is rather dated. I was told that my room was non-smoking but yet there was a distinct smell of stale smoke upon entering the room. The towels were clean but rather crunchy. Not soft at all. The linens were clean. The bathroom was clean but the remainder of the room (#7241) could have used a good dusting. Excellent access to Hwy 407. Tim Hortons in same parking lot as BW. Starbucks and Sheraton restaurant were very nice. Shopping concourse in the lower level is not even worth the short walk. Numerous stores vacant or going out of business.
“Unexpected surprise”
I wasn't expecting anything more than your standard business hotel experience. The hotel turned out to be an unexpected surprise. It is linked to a larger Sheraton hotel/shopping complex so even though it was late I could get a nice glass of wine and a good late dinner. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great night sleep. There even was a 24 hour coffeeshop next door so I was able to grab a coffee to go at 5:30 Am when I headed off to my early meeting
“Smoky and no elevator”
There is a whole hallway on the lower floor that is smoking rooms and ours was two doors down. THe smell of smoke in our room was terrible and made me sick. The staff was fairly friendly although I had to explain the situation at least 3 times before we got a new room and they didn't seem too happy to accomodate us. There is also no elevator so if you have a large suitcase or have difficulties with stairs then I would not suggest this hotel. Stay at the Sheraton which is attached and which is wheel chair accessible.
“Great for Business - Location”
Great Hospitality at the front desk, updated rooms, full access to exercise gym. That included racquet ball, squash, 10 tread mills and full weight room. Great food at restaurant.
“Reliable hotel”
This is the same hotel we stay in every time we are in this area. The hotel is clean, very friendly service/staff and a good price,(book online, cheaper rates). It is adjacent to the Sharaton, (I believe the same owner), and we have used services on that side while staying there.
“Better than expectation for a 3 star hotel”
Convenient location. Next to Car rental, shops, cafe etc.. Got all facilities of a 4 star hotel should have. Check in/out is a little slow.
“Wonderful! Inside passage to shops is great”
Everything is perfect beginning with the incredibly helpful staff!! Always willing to help, doing their best to make your stay excellent and always smiling. Very accomodating. They let me have a late checkout on very short notice because I had a situation develop around 10h30. Very much appreciated this! Nice part is we were on the main floor so no elevator to use!! Great view through huge windows. Did I mention the incredible staff? Note: This is not a complaint but it is noteworthy because it is at most hotels now. What's with the pillows thick enough for elephants?? My neck doesn't even begin to bend enough to use a pillow of that size! At least leave thinner pillows in the closet please.
