“Clean, efficient, walk to Vaughan mills”
Amazing service, staff and hotel! I booked a non-refundable room through expedia... BUT REALIZED I BOOKED THE WRONG DATE!! I assumed nbody would help me, and I'd have to pay for 2 nights. Expedia called the hotel for me, and they switched my nights! No charge! The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and modern:) You can leave your vehicle and walk to Vaughan mills shopping mall right arose the street. Great idea at Christmas when there are NO parking spots! I would go back here again in a heartbeat:)
“Uncomplicated elegance”
The hotel has the kind of simple elegance one would expect from Novotel: sharp, uncomplicated furnitures, very modern decor, and the usual amenities. It is quite new, and feels so. It is located in the northeastern suburb of Vaughan, right across the street from the Vaughan Mills mall. The mall would satisfy the cravings of any shopping traveler, but it may also be the only place to "hang out" in the area. The food in the hotel is quite good, if a tad overpriced. I dashed across the street to the food court in the mall for cheaper fares. The bedding was very comfortable, and noise was at a minimum during my stay. The pool and gym were standard fare, adequate for the size of the hotel, and as new as the hotel was new. Recommended.
“Great hotel!!! Will stay there again.”
Great location close to shops and restaurants.
“Decent hotel”
In a pinch I would re-book. Bed was a little too hard.
“Trendy”
Very nice new hotel, location is perfect for my business travel purpose. The room was too cold upon arrival, and the thermostat was in celcius, would have been nice to have a conversion chart in the hotel information. It took me a little while to achieve the correct temperature. Bed was very comfortable, but would liked a top sheet and not just the duvet for covering.
“Nice Hotel, Far from Downtown”
The hotel is brand new and very nice. For those not familiar, this is a major high end brand in Europe. This hotel meets that standard. But if you want to be near downtown (as I did), you will not love this location.
“Love this hotel!”
We love the contemporary and modern look of the hotel, as well as the service and the guest room interior. The parking is complimentary so it is perfect. The hotel is very new so everything is very nice. It is located in a great neighborhood and we like the fact that it is very close to Vaugh Mills, the shopping center. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend it to anyone and will come back!
“Novotastic...”
Very clean, very new and very satisfied.... An excellent location, and a very comfortable experience....
“nice hotel”
was too cold in the restaurant, also having trouble with the heat or the climatisation in the room
“If Ikea owned a Hotel, this would be it.”
Excellent Staff, very friendly. Right next to Vaugn Mills Mall which is loaded with shops and restaurants. The rooms are very Clean , A/c is nice and cold. Very nice bath room. Tv and internet kept our 2 year old very happy. Came with Safe and Fridge.
