"We stayed 4 nights at this property for a dance competition and although the hotel was very busy because there were many events happening in Edmonton at the time, we were treated like a priority and had exceptional customer service.
We also had a room directly outside the elevator doors, which i initially was concerned about noise, but we never had one problem and other than normal city noise like emergency sirens occasionally, the hotel was very quiet and super comfortable.
There was also an extenuating circumstance after we checked out and returned home to Vancouver Island, my daughter noticed she had forgotten a hoodie in our hotel room and after calling the hotel they found it, and arranged to send it in the mail on the next business day. I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff thay assisted me with this and kept in prompt communication all throughout the process.
We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!"
