We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. "This was our homebase for multiple days of hiking! Great little mom and Pop type restaurants across the street in duck Creek Village, as well as a hardware store, some groceries and beer. Very comfortable beds."

"This beautiful condo is perfectly located within roughly 15 minutes from so many hiking trails, parks, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. My husband and I loved having somewhere quiet and comfortable to relax after long days out enjoying all the area has to offer. Morning coffee on the private, large back porch was the perfect way to start the day. Soaking in the hot tub after a long hike was amazing, too. We loved our stay!"

"From our communications to arriving everything was smooth. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked and just as the pics indicated. Was there for the Ironman so between both T1 and T2 the location was just superb. Highly recommend!"

"This is the second time we stayed here. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. The facility also has many activities, many swimming pools, gym, pickleball courts to name a few. We highly recommend staying here"

"Our extended family had a great stay at this condo and complex. The beds were very comfortable and, of course, the kids LOVED the fantastic bunk bed and kids room. There were some books, toys and games that they enjoyed. We also utilized the BBQ and kitchen. Lots of towels and not an onerous check-out process. There was a playpen, as well as extra beds and bedding. One complaint was that the master shower drain was extremely slow and made it unusable."

"The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."

"We had a nice little escape! Everything inside was comfortable and clean. Inviting and homey decor although it does echo. At night you can hear children from lower floors running around and can make you question if your hearing things. The pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was great as well. We did manage about an hour completely to ourselves. It does get pretty crowded later into the evening. Location is perfect!!! Short drive to all the fun around St. George! DoorDash and other delivery...

"Enjoyed staying in the tiny house but the weekend we stayed it was cold and the house was difficult to stay warm. We never could get the water for the shower to get warm so we weren't able to shower. The morning we were leaving, we notice a propane tank was missing and it looked like it was connect to a hose for the bathroom shower. Everything else was very nice and comfortable. I'm sure the outdoor decks would be nice to enjoy when the weather is warmer. "
