  • Estancia Resort is St George's newest luxury resort in Green Valley. It is located with convenient access to enjoy all of your favorite activities in sunny St George. With fantastic mountain biking and hiking right out your front door, and quick access to Tuacahn, golf courses and Snow Canyon this location and this beautiful, upscale resort will not disappoint!

    Featuring 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, this condo is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The master bedroom, which includes an en suite bathroom, includes a king bed and 40" HD smart TV for your evening relaxation. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds as well as a bathroom right outside the bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to allow you to sleep up to 8 comfortably in the condo. All linens, luxury towels and pool towels are included in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

    The large kitchen features beautiful quartz counter tops and includes all stainless steel appliances. Every effort has been made to insure that all dishes, pots and pans and small appliances that would make your stay more comfortable have been included. The dining table will accommodate 7 or 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

    An open floor plan allows you to view the large 60" HD smart TV in the living room from the kitchen, dining room or cozy living room. A DVD/Blu-ray player is also included.

    Off of the dining room is a private deck with breathtaking views of the mountains. A bbq grill and seating are included on the deck to maximize your enjoyment of the outdoor space.

    Estancia is a very family friendly resort and includes great amenities such as a large pool, hot tub, two pickle ball courts and a basketball court. We provide pickleball paddles, balls and a basketball for use during your stay to ensure that you have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the wonderful amenities. The condo also includes FREE WIFI and plenty of parking. With everything else St George has to offer it makes this resort the perfect sunny getaway for anyone!

Four relaxing days

My husband and I spent four days here and enjoyed the resort and events and activities in the area. The pool was great to sit around and for swimming. The condo was in a great location and havmde everything we needed for a nice and relaxing trip.

Great space

This was a great location. 15-19 minutes from Tuacahn and not to far from several shopping centers and places to eat. The rooms were great, beds in good condition. Would stay here again in a flash!
