The house was clean and did not smell as this was the biggest concern for my wife. The management company was very quick and polite to communicate with. Their maintenance company even took out and brought in the garbage can on trash pick up day. The club house has a few games, kitchen, couches, bathrooms and a workout room. The pool was clean and perfect temperature for the 110 degree days we had. The lazy river was a hit with our 8 & 11 year old. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. ##### Daniel P. Notice on wall by front door says no more than 9 people. There are beds for 9\. Couch is not a sofa bed, but is long enough to sleep on. 2 blow up mattresses -- queen and twin.
